The story
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LOTCLIP, including our website, dashboard, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, requesting early access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using LOTCLIP on behalf of a dealership, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
LOTCLIP lets dealerships and salespeople create a single shareable page for each customer, combining personalized videos, photos, quotes, window stickers, and other vehicle information in one professional link. LOTCLIP is currently offered to a limited group of dealerships as part of an early access program and features may change as the product evolves.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use LOTCLIP. When you or your dealership create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not uploading content you don't have the right to share, not using LOTCLIP to send unsolicited or misleading communications, not attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service, and not using LOTCLIP for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this section.
Dealerships and their salespeople are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle information, pricing, quotes, and any representations made on the customer pages they create, and for obtaining any consents needed to contact customers. LOTCLIP is a tool for organizing and sharing this content; it does not review or verify content before it is published to a customer page.
Content uploaded to LOTCLIP, including videos, photos, and quotes, remains owned by the dealership that uploaded it or its customer, as applicable. By uploading content, you grant LOTCLIP a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to provide the Service. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how customer information is handled.
LOTCLIP, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features except as needed to use the Service as intended.
LOTCLIP is currently being offered to a limited number of founding dealerships before public launch. Features, pricing, and availability during this period may change, and the Service is provided on an as-is basis while it is being refined based on feedback from early access participants.
Pricing for LOTCLIP will be communicated directly to dealerships as part of onboarding. Any fees that apply once you move beyond early access will be outlined in a separate order form or agreement before you are charged.
You may stop using LOTCLIP at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service or your early access participation, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOTCLIP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms as LOTCLIP evolves, especially during the early access period. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify affected dealerships directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
